The rules, plainly

Who can use it

• You must be 13 or older. Under 18, only with a parent or guardian’s agreement.
• Zen IQ is run by its founder, a student in the UAE. Contact: privacy@zen-iq.net.

What Zen IQ is, and is not

• A study helper. Answers, notes, marks and predicted grades are made by AI and can be wrong. Check anything important with your teacher, your textbook or the specification.
• Marks and predicted grades are estimates to help you practise. They are not official and are not what you will get in the exam.
• Zen IQ is independent. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson, Edexcel or any school.
• It is not a replacement for a teacher, a counsellor or a doctor. If you are struggling or unsafe, talk to a trusted adult or call 999.

Using it properly

Do not use Zen IQ to:

• get help during an exam or assessment you are sitting, or break your school’s rules on honest work;
• try to make the AI produce sexual, violent, hateful, dangerous or illegal content, or get around its safety rules;
• bully, threaten or share someone else’s personal information or photos;
• upload anything you do not have the right to share;
• attack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the app or its server, or use it through scripts or bots.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and report illegal activity to the UAE authorities.

Your work

What you write and upload stays yours. You let Zen IQ store and process it only to run the app for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. If you share something by link, you are responsible for it, and we may remove it if it is reported and breaks these rules.

Exam board and other materials

Past papers, mark schemes and resource booklets belong to Pearson Education Ltd and are shown inside Zen IQ with Pearson’s permission, loaded from Pearson’s own website. Topic question sets belong to Physics & Maths Tutor and are shown with their permission. Use them for your own study only; do not copy, sell or republish them.

Free use and limits

Zen IQ is free to use at the moment, with daily limits on messages, calls and pictures so it stays affordable. Features and limits may change. If paid features are ever added, prices will be shown clearly before you pay, and nothing will be charged without a parent’s or adult’s agreement.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep Zen IQ running and correct, but it is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as UAE law allows, we are not responsible for exam results or for decisions made using its answers. Nothing here takes away rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may close Zen IQ or an account, and will give notice where we can.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent UAE courts decide any dispute. If we change these terms in a way that matters, the app will ask you to agree again.
